Machine details

The hydraulic hot stamping machine is mainly composed of the following parts:

Mechanical structure

• Body: usually welded with high-strength cast iron or steel plate, it is the supporting foundation of the whole equipment, and it is required to have sufficient strength and stability.

Workbench: It is a platform for placing the workpiece to be hot stamped, with a flat and smooth surface. Some workbenches are also equipped with positioning devices to facilitate accurate placement of workpieces.

• Stamping mechanism: It includes an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate. When hot stamping, the upper pressing plate presses down and cooperates with the lower pressing plate to press the hot stamping paper and the workpiece tightly to achieve hot stamping operation.

Hydraulic system

• Hydraulic pump station: It is the power source of the hydraulic system. The motor drives the oil pump to extract the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, and then delivers it to the hydraulic pipeline after pressurization to provide power for actions such as stamping.

• Hydraulic cylinder: It is the actuator for realizing the stamping action. After the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder, it pushes the piston to drive the upper pressing plate to move up and down, providing stable pressure.

• Hydraulic control valve: It is used to control the pressure, flow and oil flow direction of the hydraulic system to ensure that the hydraulic system works stably and accurately.

Heating system part

• Heating plate: installed in the upper or lower platen, generally using electric heating tube or heating wire as the heating element, and transferring heat evenly to the platen surface through the heat-conducting medium.

• Temperature control system: composed of temperature sensor, temperature controller, etc. The temperature sensor monitors the temperature of the heating plate in real time and feeds the signal back to the temperature controller.

Electrical control system part

• Operation panel: usually installed on the side or front of the machine body, with various operation buttons, indicator lights and display screens.
