Anti corrosion heat shrink sleeving

Anti corrosion heat shrink sleeving is a heat shrink sleeve with an integral seamless structure. It is also called a heat shrink dead sleeve, a heat shrink closed sleeve, or a pipe heat shrink patch sleeve. The inner layer of the heat shrink sleeve is epoxy primer coated on the surface of the steel pipe, the middle layer is hot melt adhesive, and the outer layer is improved radiation cross-linked polyethylene. When the heat shrink sleeve is heated, the base layer of the heat shrink sleeve shrinks and the adhesive layer melts, tightly contracting and covering the joint. The heat shrink sleeve and the original pipeline anti-corrosion layer form a firm and continuous anti-corrosion body. Corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, UV resistance and light aging resistance.

The heat shrink sleeve is specially designed for the anti-corrosion of welded joints of buried and overhead steel pipelines and the sealing of insulation joint patches of insulated pipelines. It is also used for the overall anti-corrosion of steel pipe bends.

Product application:

The overall seamless structure is suitable for anti-corrosion of sub-pipe joints, valve sealing, etc. It can also be used for anti-corrosion at the welds of long-distance oil and gas pipelines and insulated pipelines, as well as for sealing and anti-corrosion at the flange connection parts and lock band parts of pipelines. The installation is simple, fast, labor-saving and time-saving. Execution standards: SY/T0413-2002 and SY/T4054-2003
