This Automatic Hydraulic Three Color Hot Stamping Machine provides an efficient and reliable hot stamping solution for sports equipment manufacturers, combining a rotary table structure, high-pressure hydraulic stamping system, automatic feeding and unloading, and precision color registration technology. The machine consists of loading and unloading conveyors, a flat rotary table work platform, three hydraulic hot foil stamping units, an automatic foil rewinding system, a touchscreen operation panel, and an intelligent temperature control system. During operation, the operator places the plastic disc onto the loading conveyor, where an automatic robotic arm accurately picks and positions the product onto the dedicated fixture of the rotary table. The Rotary Table High Pressure Automatic Hot Stamping Machine then rotates continuously, while the pressing cylinder securely fixes the product before entering the hot stamping process. Equipped with three independent hydraulic hot stamping stations, the machine completes three-color foil stamping with high precision and stable performance. Each stamping unit can independently adjust the hot stamping plate position in vertical, front-to-back, and left-to-right directions, ensuring accurate three-color overprinting. • Loading Conveyor: Automatically transports the plastic discs to be hot-stamped to the designated location. The conveyor speed is adjustable. When a disc reaches the loading position, the loading robot is activated.

• Loading Robot: Grabs the plastic discs from the conveyor and precisely places them on the fixture on the turntable worktable, replacing manual loading and ensuring accurate and consistent positioning.
