The Turntable three heads automatic hot stamping machine is a fully automatic turntable gilding machine designed specifically for hot stamping golf plastic discs in one to three colors. It utilizes a flat turntable structure with three hydraulic hot stamping units arranged around a 1-meter diameter aluminum rotating platform. The rotating platform is equipped with eight workstations for mounting fixtures and securing the plastic discs. Each time a disc enters a hot stamping unit, it is stamped with a single color of hot foil. It offers precise overprinting, stable operation, and easy operation.

This fully automatic hot stamping machine is specifically designed and manufactured for various plastic sports discs. It consists of loading and unloading conveyors, a flat turntable worktable, a hydraulic hot stamping device, an automatic winder, a touchscreen operator panel, and a temperature control system. The operator places the disc onto the loading conveyor. At the loading position, it is gripped by a robotic arm and placed on a dedicated fixture on the turntable worktable. The turntable rotates, and the pressure plate cylinder presses down to the desired position. The turntable continues to rotate, completing the three-color hot stamping process simultaneously. Each hot stamping unit can independently adjust the vertical, front-to-back, and left-to-right position of the hot stamping plate to ensure precise overprinting of the three colors of hot stamping foil. Each hot stamping unit also features an independent temperature control system to ensure consistent foil temperature. After hot stamping, the plastic disc finally rotates to the unloading position, where it is gripped by a robotic arm and transferred to the unloading conveyor. The entire machine is controlled by a PLC and touchscreen, allowing for digital management of all parameters. The hot stamping unit is hydraulically driven, generating tremendous pressure and is suitable for various plastic sports discs made of polypropylene and polyethylene.

• Loading Conveyor: Automatically transports the plastic discs to be hot-stamped to the designated location. The conveyor speed is adjustable. When a disc reaches the loading position, the loading robot is activated.

• Loading Robot: Grabs the plastic discs from the conveyor and precisely places them on the fixture on the turntable worktable, replacing manual loading and ensuring accurate and consistent positioning.

• Turntable: A rotating worktable controlled by a precision cam divider. It typically has eight stations and can carry the plastic discs through the various hot stamping steps, enabling continuous production.

• Hydraulic Hot Stamping Device: Provides stable pressure to drive the hot stamping head into contact with the workpiece, ensuring a clear and secure hot stamping pattern.

• Three-Color Hot foil Stamping Head: Each head is compatible with three different colors of hot stamping foil, enabling multi-color hot stamping effects on workpieces, enriching product decoration.

• Unloading Robot: Removes the finished foil from the turntable and places it on the unloading conveyor, whose speed can also be adjusted.

The three-color fully automatic hot foil stamping machine is controlled by a touchscreen panel, allowing real-time adjustments to the foil pressure, temperature, and time based on the foiling status. Each foil head can be adjusted vertically, front-to-back, left-to-right, and at different angles to suit overprinting requirements, ensuring precise alignment of the three colors of foil to meet overprinting requirements.
