Product Overview

Heat shrink tube Made of PET polymer material, it integrates high light transmittance, efficient heat dissipation and electrical insulation. It can not only convert the LED point light source into a uniform surface light source, but also form a protective barrier when the glass lamp tube breaks, eliminating potential safety hazards.

Uniform light design: By applying the principles of optical refraction, reflection and scattering of media with different refractive indices, the point light source of LED fluorescent lamps is precisely transformed into a surface light source to achieve uniform lighting without glare.

Installation Operation Guide

Size cutting:

Cut each end of the glass lamp tube by 5mm according to its length to ensure a tight fit after contraction.

Wear clean gloves when operating to avoid contaminating the inner wall of the pipe.

Surface treatment:

Wipe the surface of the glass tube with alcohol and dry it to ensure there is no oil stain or dust.

Heat shrinkage process

Put it into the constant temperature heat circulation tunnel oven and bake at 75-85℃ for 1-2 minutes.

Check the integrity of the shrinkage. If the shrinkage is not complete, repeat the operation. (Note: A temperature exceeding 100℃ may cause the product to crystallize and turn black.)

Finishing touches

After cooling, trim the edges with a utility knife and check that the appearance has no wrinkles or black spots before assembly.
