The principle of cups UV curing machine/UV Oven

       The cup UV curing machine mainly uses ultraviolet rays to trigger photochemical reactions to achieve curing. The cup UV curing machine usually uses ultraviolet lamps as light sources, such as mercury lamps, metal halide lamps, etc. When these lamps are powered on, the gas or metal halide inside will be excited to produce ultraviolet rays of a specific wavelength. The commonly used ultraviolet wavelength is between 200-400nm, such as UV-A (315-400nm), UV-B (280-315nm) and other bands. This wavelength range can effectively trigger photocuring reactions. The UV coating or ink on the surface of the cup contains a photoinitiator. When ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the surface of the cup coated with UV coating or ink, the photoinitiator absorbs ultraviolet energy and produces active ingredients such as free radicals or cations. The active ingredients will trigger polymerization or cross-linking reactions of resins, monomers and other components in the coating or ink. Taking free radical polymerization as an example, active free radicals will react with unsaturated bonds such as double bonds in resins and monomers to form new free radicals. The new free radicals continue to react with other unsaturated bonds, causing the molecular chains to grow and cross-link, and eventually forming a three-dimensional network of polymer structures, thereby converting the coating or ink from liquid to solid and achieving curing. The cup UV curing machine can ensure that the UV coating or ink achieves the ideal curing effect by controlling parameters such as the intensity of ultraviolet rays, irradiation time, and curing temperature. For example, according to factors such as the material, shape, and thickness of the coating or ink of the cup, adjust the power of the UV lamp, the irradiation distance, and the transmission speed of the machine to ensure that the coating or ink on the surface of the cup is evenly, quickly, and completely cured.

     Plastic bottle UV curing machine is a device specially used for drying plastic bottle UV ink. It consists of a conveyor belt, a curing system, and an operation panel. The conveyor belt is generally composed of a stainless steel conveyor belt that can be circulated and drives a rotating fixture. The plastic bottle is placed on the fixture and enters the UV curing system along the conveyor belt. When the bottle enters the irradiation area of ​​the lamp, it will rotate one circle, and the ultraviolet light will irradiate the UV ink on the bottle body, causing drying. By setting the angle and intensity of the UV lamp and adjusting the speed of the bottle, the optimal drying process of the UV ink can be achieved.
