Full-process automation significantly enhances production efficiency: The bottle aligning machine automatically organizes disordered bottle bodies, and the conveyor belt precisely delivers materials to the filling position. After filling, connect the automatic stopper/capping module, which adaptively adjusts the force according to the type of bottle cap to ensure a tight seal. It can produce up to 2,000 bottles per hour, which is four times more efficient than semi-automatic equipment.

Intelligent control is adapted to the production needs of multiple categories: The 7-inch touch screen is equipped with a PLC system. When switching between essential oils, makeup remover oils and other categories, it only takes 10 minutes to complete the production change by calling the preset parameters. The equipment supports integration with the workshop MES system, enabling real-time upload of production volume and pass rate data. In case of faults, it automatically alarms and displays the cause, making operation and maintenance more worry-free.
