Machine details description-Advantage

The linear shuttle automatic multi-color screen printer for glass bottles is similar to a screen printing dragon. Its workbench has a set of fixtures that clamp the bottle and move it during the entire printing process, switching positions between printing devices of different colors so that the printing of each starting point is located at the same position, solving the problem that the glass bottle has no physical positioning point:

Servo shuttle workbench--The fixture of the glass bottle will clamp the glass bottle during the entire printing process, and the servo motor at the end of the fixture will drive the glass bottle to rotate. Every time a position is printed, the servo motor will drive the fixture to drive the bottle to the starting position. The fixture is installed on the servo shuttle workbench and moves back and forth in the horizontal direction. The special fixture for glass bottles will avoid the area that needs to be printed, and use elastic silicone sleeves or adjustable card slots to adapt to bottle bottoms of different diameters, and realize automatic clamping through cylinders or electric push rods. The bottle mouth support is equipped with a flexible support block or a vacuum suction cup to prevent the bottle body from shaking during printing and avoid scratching the bottle mouth. The built-in micro rotary motor supports 360° rotation of the glass bottle to meet the needs of circumferential pattern printing.
Surface dust removal device--Dust removal for glass bottles can improve ink adhesion. Most screen printers use ion air guns for surface treatment.
2-5 color screen printing device--Each printing device completes the printing of one color. The printing device is controlled separately and also receives the whole machine PLC program for control. The screen printing device has basically realized servo.
UV LED curing structure--Multiple groups of LED lamp beads are arranged in arcs or strips, with wavelengths concentrated at 365-405nm, which is suitable for UV ink curing needs. Built-in fan or water cooling device to prevent LED light source from overheating and extend service life. The light source module can be moved up and down/left and right to adjust the irradiation distance (usually 5-10cm) to ensure that the ink on the bottle is evenly illuminated.
