Liquor bottles, beer bottles, and many beverage bottles are made of glass. They are not as easy to make positioning points as plastic bottles. Therefore, using a fully automatic screen printer for multi-color printing will involve the problem of overprinting. At present, the linear shuttle fully automatic screen printer and the turntable fully automatic servo screen printer are relatively mature screen printing solutions for glass bottles. The shuttle-type fully automatic screen printer is composed of multiple sets of screen printing devices and UVLED curing groups combined with a shuttle-type workbench. The glass bottle is grabbed by the robot via the conveyor belt and placed on the fixture of the workbench. After flame treatment, the first color printing starts, and then UVLED curing is performed. The bottle and the fixture continue to move forward. The servo rotation mechanism will rotate the bottle in the opposite direction to the starting printing position of the first color, and the second color printing will be performed.
