Precision Vibrating Screen for Fine Particle Screening

The DLYK series vibrating screen is a product developed by Zhongyu Dingli based on the specific conditions of the building materials industry, targeting screening operations in stone production. It is mainly used for classifying and screening materials such as sand and gravel, including the DLYKZ heavy-duty medium- vibration screen and DLYKQ light-duty medium-vibration screen.

The screen frame of the vibrating screen is bolted together by components such as side plates, screen beams, and reinforcing plates. It has advantages including long service life, large production capacity, high screening quality and efficiency, and stable equipment operation.

During production and use, the excitation force (and thus the amplitude) can be easily adjusted by changing the relative angle of the inner and outer eccentric blocks of the exciter or adjusting the number of counterweight blocks of the exciter.

Working Principle of Vibrating Screen

The DLYK vibrating screen is a screening device that includes movable parts such as the screen box and exciter. It uses rubber springs or cylindrical helical compression springs as elastic components, and the exciter as the vibration source. Driven by the excitation force, the screen box and materials vibrate along an approximately circular trajectory. The vibration of the screen surface loosens and tosses the material layer on the screen; fine-grained materials leak through the screen holes and are discharged, completing the screening. The vibrating screen is driven by an electric motor (via a coupling or transmission component) to rotate the exciter embedded in the screen frame, generating vibration that makes the screen box perform forced, continuous circular motion. Materials move with the screen box and are continuously tossed on the inclined screen surface, flipping and loosening repeatedly. Materials stuck in the screen holes can bounce out, preventing blockage, and thus the particle classification and screening process is completed repeatedly.

The double amplitude of the DLYK series vibrating screen is adjustable between 5-8mm. Users can adjust the amplitude by changing the number of counterweight blocks during production.
