This model, TYDC-B-D601, is our fully automated combined wire production machine. This Machine cuts, strips, crimps and inserts shells at both ends of the wire harness. It inspects copper strands for high precision, consistent quality and reliable production. To ensure its normal operation and deliver efficient wire harness production, providing automotive and industrial wire harness manufacturers with stable production and consistent product quality, our design and R&D team equips this machine with a four-lens CCD inspection system. During production, it continuously monitors the wire harness production status 24/7. This advanced machine automatically completes wire cutting stripping, double-end stripping, terminal crimping, and connector housing insertion in a single integrated process.

In addition, we also offer comprehensive wire harness production services, including wire rod bending and wire rod cutting services. We have a complete production line system to meet our customers' full production needs.
