Product Introduction:

This device can achieve automatic cutting, stripping, and crimping of one end of the wire, as well as automatic cutting , stripping, crimping ,and insert a rubber shell at the other end . For sample request, a waterproof plug can be inserted at the back end. The finished wire has three pairs of twisted pairs ( The fourth pair is not twisted).

As a single-end machine, it does not support crimping both ends, unlike dual-end wire harness assembly machines.

Equipped with an automatic feeding system and a vibratory feeder for bulk rubber housings, the TYDC-K-A601 eliminates manual feeding, reducing labor costs and improving production efficiency.

Designed for ease of use, it is suitable for small and medium-sized workshops. Once initially adjusted, the machine supports continuous mass production without frequent parameter changes, providing stable and consistent output for industrial applications.
