Product Introduction:

We are a professional cable harness manufacturer in China. The TYDC-C-B601 is a fully automatic dual-head glue insertion machine, specifically designed for the production of Y-type wire harness cable harnesses. Previously, automated cable harness production was like a dream not fully developed, requiring manual assembly, which significantly increased production costs. Our machine integrates multiple functions, such as wire cutting stripping, and crimping. It allows for direct wire feeding, generating one-to-two wires, enabling efficient, fully automated, high-quality, and high-volume production.

The machine's main advantages: One-to-two processing: Y-type cable harnesses can be produced in a single cycle. This significantly improves our production efficiency. Previously, it required five people to produce 1000 cable harnesses; now, one person can manage five machines and complete 1000 products in one day, reducing labor and safety costs.

In addition, we employ dual CCD vision inspection to monitor terminal crimping integrity and loose wires in real time. This significantly reduces manual inspection time throughout the entire production process, enabling 100% defect rejection. During operation, the machine automatically separates defective products to ensure quality.

Servo knife holder, convenient and fast adjustment of peeling depth.
The crimping machine adopts a variable frequency motor with an adjustment accuracy of 0.02mm.
Multi functional and freely compatible. The position of the two ends of the shell can be freely selected(depending on the products). The same product length can achieve a 5% drop.
Integrated operation( crimping management, vision, parameters) all-in-one machine.
Insertion adopts a 3- axis split type operation, effectively improving insertion efficiency;Guided insertion method effectively improves insertion accuracy and protection protective terminal functional area.
Flip type defective product isolation method,100% isolation of production defects.
Separate independent adjustment at both ends for easy double end processing equipment debugging.
