Core Design: Double-Cavity Symmetric Structure:
The machine body features a double-cavity symmetric design, which allows more material to be accommodated in a single pass, boosting crushing output. During operation, the motor drives the hammerheads to rotate at high speed, delivering impactful blows to the material falling from above. The material gains kinetic energy and collides with the impact plates on the inner cavity walls, causing initial fragmentation. As the material enters the crushing chamber, it undergoes mutual impact and autogenous grinding. After multiple impacts and grinding, the material is reduced to the required particle size and discharged from the lower side of the machine, completing the crushing process.
Enhanced Durability: Key Component Improvements:
1. Liner Plates
The main liner plates are thickened, with deeper corrugations on the impact liner plates, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and longevity.
2. Hammerheads
Manufactured from heat-treated composite bimetal high-chromium alloy, the hammerheads feature an extended alloy section for higher utilization efficiency. The gap between the small hammer and the main hammerhead is minimized, preventing side wear on the hammerheads.
3. Hammer Discs
Protective sleeves are installed on the hammer discs, shielding them from direct material impact and reducing wear.
4. Bolt Fastening
The nuts are positioned on the back of the main liner plates to avoid shear forces on the bolts, preventing the main liner plates from detaching. The main liner plate bolts use double nuts with butterfly spring washers to eliminate loosening.
