Different from the oil supply design of single oil cylinder and constant displacement pump of small shearing equipment, this type of metal shear is equipped with double main oil cylinder synchronous drive + load sensing variable pump double oil circuit system, the two oil circuits are equipped with independent pressure compensation valves, the feed error of the oil cylinders on both sides is controlled within 0.8mm, and the problems of tool holder deviation and unilateral stress chipping will not occur when shearing thick steel plates.
The hydraulic station adopts a split independent air-cooled heat dissipation unit with large air volume, and abandons the defects that the water-cooled unit relies on the water source and the pipeline is easy to scale. In the rainy season in the south, the open-air demolition site continuously operates at full load for 16 hours, and the oil temperature is stably controlled within 55 ℃; The oil circuit is connected with a two-stage high-pressure precision filter in series, and the return oil with metal debris and oil dirt is filtered first and then enters the oil pump, which greatly reduces the wear of the piston rod and seal of the oil cylinder, prolongs the replacement cycle of the oil seal by more than one time, and automatically alarms with sound and light when the filter is blocked, so as to avoid impurities scratching the hydraulic components.
The system is equipped with multi-level intelligent unloading logic:
During the no-load feeding stage, the oil pump is on standby at low pressure, and there is no waste to automatically reduce the power for dormancy; the oil is supplied at medium pressure for extrusion and shaping; the peak high pressure is switched at the moment of shearing;
The pressure is automatically released within 3 seconds after the shearing is completed. Compared with the old quantitative pump model, the same ton of material handling capacity saves 28% of electricity, which is suitable for 24-hour uninterrupted production line in large scrap steel base.
Gantry shear core positioning heavy super-long, super-thick heavy waste cold fixed-length shear, material boundary and box shear, crocodile shear, baling machine are clearly distinguished, no functional overlap:
-Optimally adapted materials: 5-50mm thick ship plate, scrapped steel structure H-shaped steel, channel steel, deformed steel bar, whole machine tool bed, heavy truck frame, ship hull steel plate of ship breaking yard, large metal briquette;
-Matched pretreatment materials: heavy steel ladle blocks produced by mixed automobile shells and horizontal baling machines scattered by box-type shears are uniformly cut into standard furnace charges of steel mills;
-Completely unsuitable materials: fine metal shavings, copper and aluminum chips (horizontal chip cake machine), light and thin color steel tiles, paint buckets (horizontal metal baling machine), small scattered steel bars (crocodile scissors).
The length of the cut finished material block can be set to 300 – 800 mm standard specification by one key of the PLC program, the size is uniform without super-long block, the electric furnace feeding of the steel mill is not overhead, the oxygen supply is uniform, and the smelting energy consumption is reduced by 9%-13%.

The handling capacity of heavy-duty super-long materials is unique: the whole heavy-duty section steel can be directly fed into the extended silo of 6 – 12 meters, the feeding length of crocodile shears and conventional box shears is less than 3 meters, and the long materials must be manually segmented in advance;
