Structural Features
1. Center hinged swing jaw
The core of the whole machine is a lower fixed tool apron and an upper tool jaw swinging around a main shaft, the upper tool jaw and the lower tool jaw of a crocodile are opened and closed, the main shaft is arranged at the tail part of the tool jaw, a hydraulic oil cylinder pushes the tail end of the tool jaw, the oil pressure thrust is amplified by utilizing the moment of a lever, the shearing force at the root part of a tool edge is far greater than that at the front end of the tool edge, and the tool edge is suitable for sectional cutting of thick and thin mixed profiles; The maximum opening and closing angle of the knife jaw can reach 75 degrees, and the bent, twisted and irregular special-shaped steel can be obliquely fed into the knife edge without straightening in advance, which is the advantage of multi-angle operation that the linear feeding structure of the gantry shear and the box shear does not have.
The whole blade jaw is made of cast steel, which is densely covered with reinforcing ribs. Compared with the welded frame, it has stronger impact resistance and toughness. Frequent cutting of steel tendons and broken steel pipes is not easy to crack and deform.
2. Independent preposition hydraulic material-pressing claw locking mechanism
The whole chamber of the box-type shear is pre-pressed, and the long stock bin of the gantry shear is limited. The front end of the cutter edge of the crocodile shear is separately equipped with a small hydraulic pressing claw. After the material is fed into the cutter edge, the pressing claw is vertically pressed and locked to prevent the steel bar and thin steel pipe from bouncing and popping out to hurt people at the moment of shearing. The stroke of the pressing claw can be finely adjusted according to the thickness of the material. The thin copper wire, thick round steel and angle steel can be stably fixed, and there is no problem of material.
3. Split external hydraulic power unit
The hydraulic station is completely separated from the base of the main engine and is connected through a high-pressure hose, so that the oil pump, the valve group and the radiator can be overhauled independently; the hydraulic station of a small model is provided with air cooling for heat dissipation, and the hydraulic station of a large tonnage model can be provided with water cooling, so that the oil temperature can be controlled for long-term intermittent operation; the whole set of oil circuit is integrated with a cartridge valve, so that the leakage points are reduced, and the valve group is not easy to be blocked even in the field dust and oil pollution environment.
An integrated anti-skid bearing base is reserved at the bottom of the fuselage, universal casters are standard for small models, and trailer towing lugs are reserved for medium-sized models, which can be directly towed for transfer without removing hydraulic pipelines.
4. Sectionally detachable stepped blade
The blade is divided into a thick blade area at the root and a thin blade area at the front end. The root bears a large shearing force to process the thick section steel, and the thin blade at the front end can quickly cut the thin iron sheet and the thin pipe. The blade is fixed by bolts in a split way. If the single-section cutting edge is worn, only the corresponding segmented blade needs to be replaced, and the whole knife board does not need to be disassembled. The cost of daily maintenance consumables is reduced by more than 50%.
Electronic control operating system
1. Foot switch semi-automatic mode (standard for retail investors)
The side of the machine body is equipped with a pedal control valve. When the pedal is stepped on, the knife jaw is pressed down to cut, and when it is loosened, it is automatically lifted and reset. The operator holds the material with one hand and controls the cutting with one foot. A single person can complete the whole set of operations independently without operating the electric control button with both hands. It is suitable for continuous cutting of scattered small pieces.
2. PLC full-automatic continuous mode (batch payment in recycle bin)
A small programmable controller is installed to set the single cycle time. After the material is put in, the whole process of pressing, shearing and lifting the cutter is automatically completed. With a small charging basket, the system can be unattended for a short time. The system has built-in oil pressure overload and pressure relief protection. When the super-thick hard material is mixed in, the cutter jaw automatically lifts the cutter without damaging the spindle and oil cylinder by forced shearing.
The whole machine has no complex human-computer interaction screen, and the fault is only prompted by the indicator light. Maintenance personnel can check the oil circuit and circuit problems without professional programming knowledge, and the technical threshold of operation and maintenance is very low.
