Workflow:
Install the mold → Clamp the plastic sheet or plate into the clamping frame → Move the heating furnace above the plastic sheet → Heate the plastic → Soften the plastic → Heating time ends → Remove the furnace and simultaneously the mold rises to seal with the softened plastic → Vacuum is applied → The plastic adheres tightly to the mold → Air is blown out of the mold to separate the hardened plastic from the mold → The mold descends → Open the clamping frame → Remove the product.
