Heavy-duty scrap metal baling and shearing machine (also known as gantry baling and shearing machine, box shearing machine) is the core heavy equipment in the field of metal recycling, which integrates the functions of pre-pressing packing and shearing, and specializes in processing large and irregular scrap steel/scrap metal.

Workflow of metal shear press

-Feeding: The scrap metal is fed into the bin by the steel grabber/loader.

-Pre-pressing: the pressing cylinder is pushed forward to compact and fix the material.

-Cutting: the main cylinder drives the cutter head downward to cut off the material.

-Discharging: the sheared material block automatically falls off to complete the cycle.
