Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the BHDR01 series 2.54mm right angle box header with 9.0mm height delivers reliable power transmission and stable signal interconnection for limited space PCB assembly scenarios. This connector supports pin configurations ranging from 06 pins to 64 pins, adopting brass as contact material with diversified surface plating options including gold flash, selective gold plating and tin over nickel plating. The insulator is made of PBT or PA6T filled with 30 percent glass fiber, complying with UL94V 0 flame retardant safety standard and available in black blue and gray colors. It is rated for 3.0 Amp operating current, with minimum insulation resistance of 1000MΩ and maximum contact resistance of 20MΩ, capable of withstanding 500V alternating and direct voltage, and runs steadily within the wide temperature range from minus 40 degrees Celsius to 105 degrees Celsius. Our complete production process consists of independent mold development, precision terminal stamping, high temperature resistant plastic injection molding, anti oxidation surface plating, automatic assembly and strict electrical performance testing in professional laboratories. Equipped with Taiwan high speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment, we strictly control PCB layout dimensional tolerances to ensure stable and accurate soldering installation.

This 90 degree right angle box header adopts through hole DIP soldering installation, compatible with both automatic wave soldering and manual welding processes to achieve horizontal PCB connection.
