It can withstand the impact loads brought by heavy waste steel and bent steel bars for a long time. The equipment is equipped with a large-tonnage main oil cylinder. Under cold pressing conditions, it can compress scattered short-length steel bars and thick waste steel into high-density packages of 2400 - 2700 kg/m³. The package structure is compact and will not cause material dispersion. After the high-density finished material blocks are put into the furnace, they can significantly reduce the splashing loss during the feeding process. The single-steel-out efficiency of the electric furnace in the steel mill is increased by nearly 30%, and the production expenses of the steel mill are compressed throughout the entire chain from waste transfer to furnace material smelting. The output size of the equipment can be customized as needed and is fully compatible with the specifications of the main feeding bins of mainstream steel mills.
