Automatic Metal Cutting Machine Manual Metal Shear
Crocodile shears are named after the structure of hinged and swinging knife rest imitating crocodile mouth, which is completely different from the force logic of vertical downward pressing of gantry shears and pushing and shearing of box shears. The equipment takes the middle pin shaft as the rotating fulcrum, and the upper knife jaw is pulled by a single large-tonnage rear shearing cylinder to swing in an arc, and the metal is cut off by using the lever amplification principle to concentrate the bite force; the machine body feeding table is an open flat and straight material supporting table, which is equipped with an independent front material pressing claw cylinder, and the irregular waste materials are pressed and locked before shearing, so as to avoid slipping and warping of the materials during shearing.
The frame of the whole machine is welded with integrated bending thick steel plate, without portal beam and closed bin structure. The machine body is light in weight, and the base is reserved with castor installation position. Small and medium-sized models can be equipped with mobile wheels to realize free transfer in the factory area. It is not necessary to fix and embed the foundation of heavy equipment, and it can be placed and put into production by leveling the cement ground.
Applicable Material
-Short materials of profile: waste steel bars, round steel, angle steel, channel steel, fine I-beam, scaffold steel pipe, threaded steel head, and scattered short materials on the construction site do not need to be transferred and cut on the spot;
-Light and thin metal components: color steel tile, thin iron sheet, automobile shell scrap, paint bucket, aluminum alloy corner, copper bar, stainless steel sheet;
-Small molding waste: small metal square bags, stamping scraps and small metal components of agricultural machinery produced by horizontal baling machine;
-Light hollow pipes: plumbing steel pipes, waste aluminum pipes, cable metal outer protective sleeves.
-Limitation: It is unable to process the whole section steel with a length of more than 6 meters, the super-thick ship plate with a thickness of more than 50 mm, and the large heavy billet. Such heavy waste is suitable for the gantry shear. It is not suitable for the large batch of disorderly scrap steel for the whole vehicle. The batch of heavy waste is preferred to the box shear.
Design Features
1. Layout of split independent hydraulic station
The medium and large crocodile shears are arranged separately with the hydraulic station and the main machine, so the heat dissipation space is sufficient, and the oil temperature is not easy to soar for a long time of continuous operation; the hydraulic oil tank of the small all-in-one machine is integrated with the base, the pipeline is short, the pressure loss is low, and the standard air-cooled radiator can operate stably in the workshop without cooling water. The oil circuit is equipped with overflow overload protection valve, which can automatically relieve pressure in case of super-hard materials to prevent deformation and damage of oil cylinder and tool rest.
2. Multi-mode simple electric control operation
The control box is integrated on the side of the machine body, supporting two modes of inching single shearing and full-automatic continuous shearing, and the oil cylinder can be started and stopped in the middle of any stroke; the model with high configuration is equipped with wireless remote control, and the operator stands beside the material pile to control the shearing from a long distance, so there is no need to work close to the knife edge. Electrical components are packaged in dustproof and waterproof way, and can also be used for a short time in the open simple material yard.
3. The design that the blade can be tur over and use in two direction
The four edges of the upper and lower shear blades are subject to quenching and hardening treatment. After the blade on one side is worn, it can be used again after being disassembled and turned over without replacing the whole set of blade set. The blade is provided with sawtooth anti-skid lines, and the smooth round pipe and steel bar are not easy to roll during shearing, and the cut surface is flat and free of burrs.
