Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PFCM02 series 1.27mm latched IDC SMT connector is a professional surface mount insulation displacement wiring connector dedicated to fast wire-to-board signal and power connection for electronic circuit assemblies. In accordance with official drawing specifications, this component supports contact counts ranging from 4 pins to 26 pins under fixed 1.27mm pitch, and it provides two structural versions with locating posts and without locating posts to guarantee accurate positioning during SMT reflow soldering. The white insulator is injection molded with high temperature resistant LCP thermoplastic material that complies with UL94V-0 flame retardant grade, adapting to high heat SMT production environment. C5191 phosphor bronze terminals adopt matte tin over nickel base plating and optional multi-spec selective gold plating schemes to lower contact resistance and strengthen anti-oxidation and wear resistance. Its electrical indicators include maximum 2.4A rated current, minimum 1000MΩ insulation resistance and maximum 20mΩ contact resistance, which can withstand 500V AC dielectric voltage for one minute and operate stably within the temperature range from minus 40°C to plus 105°C. Our complete production workflow consists of independent precision mold development, high-speed phosphor bronze terminal stamping, LCP high temperature plastic injection molding, anti-corrosion electroplating and automatic assembly. Imported Taiwan high-speed punching machines and Japanese precision injection molding equipment strictly control all PCB mounting dimensional tolerances to match standard SMT automated production lines.
This latched IDC SMT connector is mounted onto designated PCB pads following the official PCB layout drawing and fixed via automatic reflow soldering. Users only need to align flat ribbon cables with the IDC terminal slots and press down the integrated latch cover to complete wire piercing and locking connection without pre stripping wire insulation. It is widely applied in liquid crystal display modules, digital camera internal wiring, industrial control signal boards, smart household equipment, portable storage devices, automotive electronic assemblies and precision testing instruments. During assembly and usage, users must follow standard reflow temperature curves to prevent LCP housing thermal deformation, avoid forced violent pressing to prevent terminal fracture and latch damage, and store unused connectors in dry sealed packaging to prevent terminal oxidation and discoloration. All products comply with EU RoHS and REACH environmental directives, most specifications obtain UL certification numbered E472792, and our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 automotive industry quality management system certifications. Tube packaging and tape and reel packaging are both available to fit manual operation and fully automatic SMT feeding.
