Manufactured by Huizhou Antenk Electronics Co., Ltd, the PHEM02 series 2.54mm Pin Header SMT Type Single Row is a surface mount pin header built for reliable signal and low power wire to board interconnection on compact PCBs. All manufacturing activities strictly comply with dimensional specifications and tolerances shown on official engineering drawings. The insulator is made of PA6T material that reaches UL94V-0 flame retardant standard to withstand high reflow soldering temperatures. Contact pins are brass with multiple plating options including tin and varied thicknesses of full or selective gold plating to meet different service life requirements. Rated for 3 Amp current, this pin header achieves minimum insulation resistance of 1000 megohms and supports AC500V dielectric voltage withstand, operating steadily from minus 65 degrees Celsius to 125 degrees Celsius. This series supports 1 to 40 contacts with two pin height types and multiple packaging choices.
