Product Overview

MRV stack‑mounted relief valve is a modular sandwich‑plate pressure‑control hydraulic valve complying with ISO4401 installation standard. It is stacked between solenoid directional valve and manifold block without extra piping. This valve is used for system pressure limiting, pressure regulating and over‑pressure safety protection. Different versions are available for P‑port, A‑port, B‑port or dual A/B‑port pressure relief. It stabilizes hydraulic system pressure and protects hydraulic pump and actuators from pressure overload.

Working Principle

Direct‑acting poppet‑type relief structure. Rotate adjustment knob to set spring pre‑tension, which defines system target pressure.

1. When circuit pressure is lower than preset value, poppet keeps closed, no overflow occurs.

2. Once oil pressure exceeds spring setting value, poppet opens, excess hydraulic oil flows back to tank, system pressure is maintained at preset level.

3. W‑type version provides independent relief for both A‑port and B‑port, realizing bidirectional over‑pressure protection for actuator circuits.
