Our Insulated Diamond Grid Adhesive Tape (DDP Type) is a high-performance electrical insulation material, specially designed for the turn insulation and interlayer insulation of oil-immersed power transformer coil conductors. It is made by coating special modified epoxy resin in a diamond grid pattern on high-performance low-dielectric-loss insulation paper, combining excellent electrical insulation, mechanical adhesion and oil resistance into one.

During the coil drying process, the epoxy resin coating melts at a specific temperature to generate adhesion, and cures as the temperature rises, firmly bonding adjacent layers of the winding into a fixed unit. The diamond grid dot design ensures the immersion of transformer oil and the discharge of gas in the insulation material, effectively avoiding corona and partial discharge, and ensuring the long-term safety and reliability of the insulation structure.
