The BG-150E tablet coating machine is a high-output pharmaceutical coating equipment designed for large-scale industrial production. It supports a maximum processing capacity of 150 kg, with roller speed adjustable between 2–18 r/min. This automatic coating machine adopts Siemens PLC and touch screen for stable, intelligent operation. The main motor power is 2.2kW. It is equipped with hot air flow of 1600–3300 m³/h and exhaust air flow of 3000–6500 m³/h, requiring compressed air pressure over 0.4 MPa and 32kW electric heating power. All surfaces contacting materials are made of 0Cr18Ni9 or imported SUS304 stainless steel, meeting strict hygiene standards. Providing uniform coating effect, the BG-150E coating machine is perfect for mass production of tablets, pills and health supplement products in pharmaceutical and food factories.
