PRODUCT OVERVIEW

This ultra-narrow small material automatic film taping machine/aluminum film laminating machine/protective film sticking machine for aluminum, is integrated with a precision film cutting device, professionally developed for surface protective film lamination of slim and narrow aluminum profiles and decorative aluminum accessories.

It can precisely control the laminating position and bonding tension, ensuring the protective film fits closely on small material surfaces with no bubbles, no wrinkles and neat adhesion. Effectively preventing scratches, dust and surface damage during production, transportation and storage, it greatly enhances product appearance and market competitiveness for finished aluminum profiles.

FILM LAMINATION PROCESS

1. Power on the film sticking equipment; the power indicator light should turn on to confirm normal power supply.

2. Click the "Enter System" button on the touchscreen to access the production control page.

3. Check the film lamination equipment origin: Confirm that the "Cutter Origin" indicator light on the touchscreen is green. If it is red, reset the cutter to return it to the origin position.

4. Manual feeding: Press the "Forward" button, manually place the product at the feed inlet, and manually apply the film when the product moves to the position below the film roller.

5. Automatic operation: Press the "Start" button to switch the machine to automatic mode, then continue to manually feed products at the feed inlet for continuous lamination.

APPLICATION SCOPE

Ideal for laminating and packaging a wide range of slim aluminum materials:

Small aluminum profiles, external corner lines, skirting lines, short aluminum blanks, exterior wall aluminum strips, decorative aluminum strips, photovoltaic frame profiles, solar aluminum strips, door and window aluminum materials and other narrow specification profiles.
