MAIN STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS

1. A high-efficiency, heat-resistant fan is installed atop the heat chamber. It utilizes an ultra-efficient, high-temperature-resistant, high-speed motor imported from the United States under the “General Electric” brand (rated: 220–240V/60Hz/650W, 3450 rpm, temperature resistance 140°C, no-load current 0.5A, operating current 1A, actual power consumption approximately 100W, yet delivering performance equivalent to a domestic 750W fan; Compared to fans used by other shrink wrapper manufacturers, which generally consume higher power and current (typically over 3A). It also employs a high-temperature resistant motor structure, capable of withstanding harsh working environments with furnace temperatures up to 200°C. Even after prolonged use, it maintains consistent speed and airflow without degradation, providing reliable assurance for perfect shrink wrapping, low-temperature packaging, energy-efficient packaging, and high-efficiency packaging.

Unlike fans from other manufacturers, which experience noticeable speed reduction or burnout after short-term use (e.g., dropping from 2800 rpm to 2400 rpm), severely compromising shrink performance.

2. Incorporates elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared high-efficiency heating tubes manufactured using Swiss technology. These tubes convert electrical energy into thermal energy efficiently, offering excellent temperature stability, rapid heating, and energy savings. The machine operates on three-phase four-wire power supply with 8kW capacity.

3. Features an automatic temperature control circuit combining Japanese-imported Mitsubishi AC contactors and renowned brand temperature controllers, supporting a maximum temperature of 250°C.
