Protective Film Laminating Packing Machine for Aluminum Profile

MAIN FEATURE

This aluminum film sticking machine is specially designed for aluminum profiles. It applies a protective film to the profile surface to safeguard finished aluminum products from scratches, dust, and damage during handling, storage, transportation, processing, and on-site installation. The film can be easily peeled off by the installation team, leaving the surface clean and brand-new. It is spray-coated rear packaging equipment for aluminum extrusion workshops and finishing lines.

USE RANGE

Suitable for surface protective film packaging of:

Aluminum alloy profiles
Stainless steel profiles
Plastic profiles
Other similar extruded profiles

FILM LAMINATION PROCESS

1. Install the roll protective film onto the laminating machine.

2.Place the profile on the automatic feeding platform.

3.Start the film sticking machine; it will automatically and accurately apply the protective film to the product surface.

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Machine Dimensions: 1850×760×1420(L×W×H mm)

2. Roller dimensions: ￠100 × 250 mm.

3. Power supply: Single-phase 220V AC 50Hz; Motor power: 1.5KW (or 6-pole 1.1KW).

4. Film feeding speed: 0–280 m/min.

5. Film application range: Four-sided application (top, bottom, left, right); Maximum profile dimensions: 200mm (W) × 140mm (H).

6. Feed direction: Right-in, left-out (customizable per client requirements).

7. Equipped with one 4-meter galvanized roller frame with felt lining at each protective film machine inlet/outlet.
