Working Principle
YLH21 internal‑mesh Hydraulic gear pump consists of two groups of internal‑meshing gear pairs, crescent partition plate, pressure‑compensated side plates and pump housing. When the motor drives the shaft to rotate, the inner and outer gears rotate synchronously. The suction chamber volume expands to generate negative pressure, drawing hydraulic oil into the pump cavity. As gears rotate, the pressure‑side chamber volume shrinks and pushes hydraulic oil out to supply the whole hydraulic system. The built‑in axial‑radial compensation keeps high volumetric efficiency under varying pressure conditions.
