This hot foil stamping machine features a worktable slide mechanism, based on the standard hot stamping machine. Controlled by a separate pneumatic cylinder, it moves into the hot foil stamping position during hot stamping and automatically slides out when hot stamping is complete, minimizing close contact between the operator and the hot plate, thus improving safety.

The worktable is designed to measure 320*420mm, while the hot plate is available in three sizes: 190*270mm, 210*290mm, and 300*250mm. Custom sizes are also available.

Pressure is adjusted primarily by adjusting the support screws beneath the worktable. The closer the hot plate is to the worktable, the greater the pressure generated. The hot plate is raised and lowered by a pneumatic cylinder driving a linkage mechanism. Both the hot plate and worktable are forged from high-strength steel for superior strength.
