This hot foil stamping machine is equipped with a sliding worktable system based on a standard hot stamping structure. Driven by an independent pneumatic cylinder, the worktable automatically slides into the stamping position during operation and retracts once the stamping process is completed. This design effectively reduces operator exposure to the heated plate, significantly improving operational safety and ease of use.

The standard worktable size is 320 × 420 mm, while the hot stamping plate is available in multiple sizes, including 190 × 270 mm, 210 × 290 mm, and 300 × 250 mm. Customized dimensions are also available to meet specific production requirements.

Stamping pressure is primarily adjusted through support screws located beneath the worktable. The closer the hot plate is set to the worktable surface, the greater the stamping pressure generated. The hot plate lifting system is driven by a pneumatic cylinder and linkage mechanism, ensuring smooth and stable vertical movement during operation.

Both the hot plate and worktable are manufactured from high-strength forged steel, providing excellent rigidity, durability, and long-term stability for continuous industrial production.
