ADF Compact Plug-Mounted Proportional Valve Amplifier is a dedicated electronic drive unit for proportional Hydraulic valve. It receives control command signals and converts them into stable driving current to actuate proportional solenoids, realizing precise regulation of pressure, flow or direction in the hydraulic system. Featuring plug-mounted compact design, this amplifier can be directly plugged onto the coil of proportional valve, saving cabinet wiring space and simplifying installation on various Machine hydraulic control loops. It supports signal adjustment, gain and offset tuning for matching different proportional valves.

Working Principle

This amplifier collects the setpoint signal from the controller. After internal signal processing, gain and offset correction, it outputs modulated current to the proportional solenoid of the Hydraulic valve. The built-in dither signal reduces valve spool friction, improving response and control linearity. The amplifier feeds the control signal to adjust the valve opening, so the hydraulic system can accurately output target pressure or flow. Installed directly on the valve, it avoids signal attenuation during long-distance wiring and ensures stable control performance of the Machine.
