The φ70mm copper & aluminum busbar extruder is a single-screw extrusion machine specially developed for insulating coating of new energy copper busbars and aluminum busbars. It is compatible with PVC, PE, TPE, XLPE, PP, PA and other insulating materials. Widely used in energy storage, photovoltaics, new energy vehicles, high & low voltage switch cabinets and power battery copper/aluminum busbar insulation extrusion. It serves as the core main machine of the busbar insulation production line for continuous insulating coating forming.

Standard Line Layout

Magnetic powder pay-off stand → Straightening unit → Surface cleaning / Preheating unit → 70mm Extruder Main Machine → Cooling trough → Air drying unit → Laser diameter gauge → Spark tester → Traction machine → Take-up stand. Equipped with PLC centralized control system and multi-section precision temperature control modules.

70mm Specialized Screw & Barrel: Optimized L/D ratio design for uniform plasticization and stable output. Low shear design fits new energy insulation materials to avoid scorching. Nitrided alloy steel barrel for wear and corrosion resistance.
Precision Busbar Die Head: Special coating die with fine eccentricity adjustment mechanism for even insulation wall thickness. Convenient die change for different specifications.
Independent Multi-zone Temperature Control: PID temperature control for barrel and die sections, control accuracy ±1℃, matching the process window of various insulation compounds.
Synchronized Linkage Control: Closed-loop speed linkage among main extruder, traction and dancer tension system. No stretching of busbars or fluctuation of insulation thickness. Support closed-loop fine adjustment with Sikora online diameter measuring system.
Complete Safety Protection: Spark hipot test, overload protection, emergency stop and breakage shutdown, complying with wire & cable safety standards. CE configuration optional for export.
Easy Maintenance: Modular structure for quick disassembly and cleaning, flexible production for multiple busbar sizes.
