Bottle caps are used to seal the mouths of hollow containers or canned containers and are widely used in various packaging industries, such as cosmetics, medicines, chemicals, detergents, food, beverages and other fields. Pad printers are often used for printing bottle caps.

This is a four-color turntable automatic pad printing machine. Bottle caps are sorted, oriented, flipped, and arranged in a certain order through the crawler feeding mechanism and enter the pad printer. The automatic pad printer has 16-20 stations and can be set to print 6-8 products at a time according to the user's speed requirements, that is, a set of fixtures can distribute multiple products at the same time, achieving a doubling of production efficiency.

Bottle caps enter capping, flame treatment, four-color pad printing, and IR curing in turn before unloading. The whole process is completed automatically, reducing manual intervention. Users can set single-color, two-color, and four-color pad printing.
