Bottle caps are widely used in the packaging industries of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, detergents, food, and beverages. To achieve high-quality multi-color decoration, pad printing has become one of the most efficient and reliable printing methods for plastic caps and closures.

This fully automatic four-color rotary pad printing machine is specially designed for high-volume bottle cap printing. An integrated feeding system automatically sorts, orients, flips, and arranges the caps before transferring them to the printing stations. Equipped with a 16- to 20-station rotary indexing table, the machine can print 6 to 8 caps simultaneously in each cycle, significantly increasing production capacity and maximizing efficiency.

The complete production process, including cap positioning, flame treatment, four-color pad printing, IR drying, and automatic unloading, is carried out continuously without manual intervention. Users can freely select one-color, two-color, or four-color printing modes according to different product requirements.

Featuring stable operation, accurate color registration, and high productivity, this machine is an ideal solution for printing cosmetic caps, pharmaceutical closures, detergent bottle caps, beverage caps, and various plastic packaging components.
