It is suitable for screen printing of flat sheets/hard thin plate-shaped printed parts with high-precision center positioning printing, such as cold light plates/films (EL), LCD panels, diffusers, mobile phone cover lenses, silicon wafer solar cells, precision passive components and other printing processes, computers, TV windows, etc.
The products to be printed are placed on the printing table (preliminary area is set in advance), the camera starts to scan the preset product outer edge, and the table runs according to the predetermined trajectory. When it runs to match the stored data, the printing table automatically runs to the area to be printed, and the screen frame goes down to the printing position and starts printing. After completion, the screen frame and the head rise, the printing table moves to the loading area, and the product is taken away manually. After a cycle is completed, the next cycle can be carried out.
CCD positioning high-precision screen printer is an advanced screen printing equipment that uses CCD (charge coupled device) optical camera to capture the image of the material to be printed and transmit it to the control system. The image processing technology in the control system automatically calculates and analyzes the position deviation between the screen frame and the material to be printed, and automatically adjusts the screen plate and scraper position. After ensuring the position is accurate, the scraper applies pressure on the screen plate to transfer the ink through the mesh to the surface of the material to form the desired pattern.

Machine structure
This CCD positioning screen printer is engineered for industrial-grade performance, combining cutting-edge optical technology with robust mechanical design. The system begins by placing the product on the designated area of the printing table. The built-in camera then scans the outer edge of the material, capturing its exact shape and size. The table moves along a pre-programmed path, aligning itself with the stored data. Once the correct position is reached, the screen frame descends to the printing location, and the ink is transferred through the mesh to the surface of the material. After the printing cycle is complete, the screen frame lifts, and the table moves to the loading zone, where the finished product is manually removed. This process can be repeated continuously, ensuring high productivity and minimal downtime.
The alignment platform uses three sets of servo motors to control movement in all directions, while the imaging system continuously monitors and adjusts the position for optimal accuracy. The machine also includes an automatic mesh fine-tuning mechanism, which ensures that the screen plate remains perfectly aligned throughout the printing process. The printing device features a pneumatic knife back system, providing consistent pressure and minimizing ink smearing. The entire control system is managed via a 14-inch color touch screen, offering intuitive navigation and real-time monitoring of print quality.
What is CCD automatic positioning technology?
It is a technology based on charge coupled device (CCD) as image sensor, combined with image processing algorithm to realize automatic identification and positioning of target objects. It has mature applications in high-precision flat screen printing machines, fully automatic glass bottle screen printing machines, and fabric laser cutting machines.
Principle
1. Image acquisition: The image of the substrate is captured by CCD camera, and the optical signal is converted into an electrical signal.
2. Image processing: The algorithm is used to detect the edge of the substrate image to obtain the position, angle, shape and other information of the substrate.
3. Automatic positioning: The processed position information is fed back to the control system (such as PLC, robot), and the actuator (such as the workbench of the screen printer, the screen device, the fixture of the glass bottle, and the laser head of the laser cutting machine) is driven to adjust the position to achieve accurate positioning or operation of the target.
CCD positioning technology is characterized by high precision and high sensitivity. It can control the control console of the screen printer to make a tiny displacement of about 0.03mm, and can control the extremely small angle rotation of the glass bottle screen printer, so that the position tolerance of the printing position relative to the edge of the substrate and between the two colors can reach the micron level.
