Slant-arm silk screen printing machine with UV curing system

           UV screen printing for paper decoration has evolved from conventional semi-automatic processes toward integrated and highly automated production systems. However, a fully automatic paper screen printing line can require significant capital investment, making it less suitable for small and medium-sized manufacturers. To provide a more practical and cost-effective screen printing and UV production line, this system combines a semi-automatic oblique arm screen printing machine, a UV curing machine, and an automatic robotic transfer system. The robot transfers printed sheets from the oblique arm screen printer to the UV curing unit automatically, creating a continuous screen printing and UV curing workflow with an output of approximately 1,200–1,500 sheets per hour while reducing manual handling and labor requirements. This integrated screen printing and UV curing production line provides an effective balance between automation, productivity, and equipment investment, making it an attractive solution for small and medium-sized printing manufacturers. It is widely suitable for paper packaging, water transfer paper, heat transfer paper, premium gift boxes, and other paper products requiring UV finishing, providing a flexible and economical alternative to a fully automatic UV screen printing production line.
