Paint buckets and lubricating oil buckets are usually made of polypropylene injection molding, and their diameter can reach 380mm. Silk screen printing and thermal transfer are the main printing methods. Silk screen printing is characterized by thick ink layer and rich expression. Silk screen printing can be considered for less than three colors. Thermal transfer is characterized by rich colors and easy to achieve gradient colors and photo images. Generally, thermal transfer is preferred for more than three colors.

For three-color silk screen printing, the fully automatic silk screen printing machine with silk screen dragon structure occupies a large area, has a complex structure, and is expensive. It is suitable for large printing factories. For small and medium-sized users, the shuttle-type multi-color UVLED automatic silk screen printing machine can balance the contradiction between cost and efficiency.

This silk screen printing machine uses a servo shuttle workbench, and the fixture carries the plastic bucket to switch positions between different stations. It can be combined with specific processes for flame treatment, multi-color silk screen printing and UVLED curing. The machine uses servo positioning, and the overprint accuracy is below 0.5mm. The shuttle-type plastic barrel UVLED screen printer is an automatic screen printer for two-color and three-color screen printing of plastic barrels with a diameter of more than 300mm, such as lubricating oil barrels, paint barrels, and mineral water barrels. Compared with the linear fully automatic plastic barrel screen printer, it has a simpler structure and is more convenient to operate.

Servo shuttle workbench: The plastic barrel and the fixture are installed on the left and right servo shuttle workbench, which can switch positions at different screen printing stations and UV curing stations. Due to the control of the servo motor and precision screw, the position accuracy is high.
Special plastic barrel fixture: Plastic barrels generally have a large opening. The fixture contains two discs at the bottom and the opening for clamping and support, ensuring that the plastic barrel only rotates. After the shuttle workbench drives the fixture to move to another station, it still keeps rotating to achieve precise color printing.
Flame treatment device: Mineral water barrels are generally made of polycarbonate materials and do not need flame treatment. However, many plastic barrels are made of polypropylene. In order to ensure the adhesion of the ink, flame treatment must be carried out. The flame treatment is fixed at the front end of the screen printing device. When the flame is sprayed, the plastic barrel keeps rotating at a constant speed so that its surface is evenly oxidized.
Servo screen printing device: Shuttle screen printing machines generally consist of 2-3 screen printing heads arranged in a straight line. On one side of the servo shuttle workbench, in order to improve the printing accuracy, the screen printing device will be controlled by a servo motor. The structure of the screen printing device is exactly the same as that of the curved screen printing machine. During the adjustment process, it should be ensured that the pattern on the screen is completely transferred to the surface of the plastic barrel.
UV LED curing device: All screen printing color matching requires the second color to be printed after one color is printed. Before printing the second color, the first color should be ensured to be dry, especially for overprinting. The ink colors are very close, and the dot printing situation should be paid special attention to, otherwise it is easy to cause sticky dirt between the inks. The ultraviolet rays emitted by the UVLED light source can make the ink dry quickly. It is an environmentally friendly way to obtain a high-gloss ink layer on the surface of the plastic barrel, and it has a lower thermal effect.
Touch screen operation panel: Automated screen printing machines have clear requirements for the accuracy and continuity of actions. The touch screen operation panel can execute the operator's precise adjustment of parameters according to the operator's deep understanding of the printing process, which is the external manifestation of human-computer interaction technology.
