The semi-automatic flat screen printing machine usually has three actions, the upper and lower of the screen, the left and right of the scraper and the ink return knife, and the up and down of the scraper and the ink return knife. A precision flatbed screen printer primarily consists of four modules: the platform system, the positioning and adjustment system, the transmission and printing system, and the operating system.

1. Platform System:

Working Surface: The worktable has a flatness of ≤0.02mm/m² and is typically made of aluminum alloy or finely ground steel. It features vacuum suction, with an adjustable suction force of 0-0.08MPa.

2. Positioning and Adjustment System

Positioning is typically performed using a fixture, positioning pins, or positioning holes. Some high-end models utilize CCD cameras for positioning.

X/Y-axis Fine Adjustment: The worktable features a built-in manual or motorized fine-adjustment slide with an accuracy of 0.01mm, allowing for fine-tuning of the substrate position to meet multi-color overprinting requirements. Overprint accuracy is typically ≤±0.03mm.

Angle Adjustment: The worktable supports ±5° fine adjustment to correct for substrate or screen angle deviations.

3. Drive and Printing System:

Screen frame lift: Driven by a servo motor and precision lead screw, with linear guides for guidance.

Scraper blade movement: Driven by a servo motor and precision lead screw, with linear guides for guidance.

Ink scraper and ink return blade: Most are pneumatically controlled, but some high-end models use servo motors and feature a display. The main printing frame is constructed of high-rigidity materials such as cast aluminum and welded square steel to reduce vibration and deformation during operation.

4. Operating System:

Controller: Industrial-grade PLC or dedicated motion controller, supporting parameter storage such as pressure, speed, and stroke, facilitating switching between different processes.

Operation Interface: Touchscreen (7-15 inches) allows for visual parameter setting and operating status monitoring, with some models supporting fault alarms (e.g., abnormal pressure, motor failure).

Safety Control: Equipped with an emergency stop button and safety light barrier to prevent hands from entering hazardous areas during operation.
