How the Copper Chip Press works:
The Copper Briquetting usually adopts the hydraulic transmission principle. A material is added from a large bin above a feeding device, a feeding cylinder sends the material into a die, then the feeding cylinder resets, a sub cylinder drives a piston rod of a main cylinder and a punch head to rapidly press down, after the punch head enters a die cavity, the sub cylinder is switched into the main cylinder to slowly press down to press the material into a high-density briquette block, then the main cylinder slightly rises, a block pushing cylinder retreats, the main cylinder rapidly descends to press the briquette block out of the die cavity, The block pushing cylinder pushes out the briquette block and resets the v block, and the sub-cylinder drives the punch head to rise to complete a working cycle.
Structure composition:
1. Main machine: It is composed of frame, main hydraulic cylinder, pushing hydraulic cylinder, bottom plate hydraulic cylinder, supporting mold frame and mold, pressure head, etc. The frame is composed of upper and lower beams and columns. The upper and lower beams are mostly integral steel castings. The main hydraulic cylinder is made of high-quality materials. The mould and pressure head are equipped with high-strength wear-resistant steel that can be replaced quickly.
2. Hydraulic station: It is composed of motor, hydraulic pump, pump protection device, professional control valve block and connecting pipeline system. It is equipped with cooling system to avoid excessive oil temperature.
3. Console: It is composed of electrical system and PLC control system, equipped with adjustable text display, and the action sequence and time can be controlled and adjusted by PLC system. Model classification: There are mainly two types of vertical models and horizontal models. Vertical models have a small footprint and are compact; horizontal models usually have a larger pressing force and are suitable for mass production.
