Beer crate Motor screen printing Machine with Flip fixture

Beer crates are roughly rectangular and typically require printing on all four sides, making screen printing the most common choice. This flatbed screen printing machine, in addition to using a servo system to control the lifting and lowering of the screen and the movement of the squeegee, also features a specially designed automatic flipping fixture. After printing one side, the fixture rotates the beer crate 180 degrees for printing the second side, effectively making one machine equivalent to two. Because the machine has only one screen printing unit, the text and colors printed on the two sides of the beer crate are identical. When printing more colors is required, we also design and manufacture multi-head screen printing machines, with more complex flipping mechanisms. The clamp-type screen printing machine has a simpler printing process, but the speed is not significantly increased. 204-1
