Slant-arm silk screen printing machine with UV curing system

The Oblique Arm Screen Printer with Robotic Transfer System is designed for continuous UV screen printing and automated post-print curing. By integrating a robotic handling unit with a UV curing machine, the system provides an efficient upgrade path from semi-automatic screen printing to automated UV production.

During operation, the substrate is positioned on the vacuum worktable, where it is securely held for precise printing. After UV ink or UV varnish is applied, the screen frame lifts automatically, and the robotic arm transfers the printed substrate to the conveyor of the UV curing machine for immediate curing. This integrated screen printing and curing solution ensures high productivity, consistent print quality, and reliable continuous operation, making it ideal for plastics, glass, metal panels, and various industrial applications.
