Characteristics

This dual-head, fully automatic screen printer is primarily designed for printing circular substrates. Its chain drive mechanism avoids overprinting issues caused by the lack of circumferential positioning points on the bottle cap itself. During the two-color printing process, the bottle cap remains fixed to the chain fixture, and only the bottle moves, not rotates. Only the horizontal surface rotates during printing, resulting in precise color registration. For products that require a varnish coating to protect the graphic layer, the second station can be replaced with a coating unit, allowing for multiple uses.

This automatic two-color screen printing machine is designed for printing non-locating caps and hoses. It has independent feeding system, efficiently printing. Why does the multi-color screen printing machine for bottle caps use a chain drive structure?

Bottle caps are used to seal bottles. Almost all containers need bottle caps. Bottle cap screen printing is mainly single-color, but many bottle caps are multi-color. When bottle caps are multi-color, overprinting the second color becomes a problem. Because the bottle cap has a small diameter, positioning with a servo motor often results in a large error due to the lack of a larger buffer time. Therefore, multi-color screen printing machines for bottle caps mostly use a chain drive structure.

The so-called chain drive is that the multi-color screen printing stations are linked by a whole chain. The bottle caps are fixed on the fixture linked to the chain and driven to the screen printing position one by one. Simple structure and convenient maintenance: Chain drive has few components and a relatively simple structure. It is not easily affected by dust, slight vibration, etc. in the production environment. Later maintenance and replacement of parts are also relatively convenient, which can reduce equipment downtime. Chain drive is mainly the meshing friction between sprocket and chain. Frequent filling of lubricating oil can effectively reduce transmission resistance and increase the life of the chain drive system.
