Mold Heating Furnace Die Heating Equipment

The mold heating furnace is a specialized piece of molding equipment designed for preheating and heating various molds, including aluminum extrusion dies, punching dies, and forming dies.
Utilizing high-efficiency heating elements and an intelligent temperature control system, it ensures uniform mold heating and precise temperature regulation.
Suitable for applications in aluminum profile processing, automotive component manufacturing, and hardware forming, it features high heating efficiency, strong temperature stability, and user-friendly operation.
This furnace serves as a critical pre-treatment equipment for safeguarding mold performance and ensuring processing quality.

MAIN PERFORMANCE

1. The mold machinery inner chamber is constructed from 3mm-thick, seamless welded 316L stainless steel plates, offering high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance.

2. The mold machinery outer shell is formed from 3mm-thick seamless welded hot-rolled steel plates. It is internally filled with 300mm-thick high-quality alumina-silica glass fiber insulation boards.

3. The inner wall of the stainless steel furnace liner is lined with 65mm thick refractory insulation bricks coated with far-infrared heat radiation paint, providing dual-layer thermal insulation.

4. A ɸ22mm stainless steel tube is inserted into the ceramic tube to enhance its rigidity, preventing easy breakage and ensuring longer service life.

5. The air circulation fan utilizes the German “VEM” brand, a high-quality, high-speed, high-stability large fan with 1.1kW power (three times the lifespan of domestic motors). It features reinforced 316L stainless steel blades to ensure sustained air pressure and volume without degradation over extended use.

6. The control circuit employs a Japanese-imported “Mitsubishi” AC contactor and a “Yangming” digital temperature controller to form an automatic temperature control system. With a heating element power of 12kW, the maximum temperature reaches ≤800°C.

7. The monitoring circuit is equipped with a rail-mounted D52-2042 dual-display digital voltmeter and ammeter, clearly showing the operating voltage and current of the mold heating furnace.

It also incorporates an over-temperature protection alarm circuit to effectively monitor and ensure the normal operation of the mold furnace.

8. The mold-holding trolley uses stainless steel channel and angle steel. The four most critical trolley bearings utilize imported high-temperature resistant bearings rated for 1000°C, ensuring long-lasting and durable operation.

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Mold heating furnace external dimensions: 2500 × 1300 × 1600 (L × W × H mm).

2. Mold frame external dimensions: 950 × 580 × 350 (L × W × H mm).

3. Accommodates molds with diameters ranging from ɸ160 to ɸ200. Depending on mold size, holds 8 to 12 molds.
