Process：

The door and window are packaged by the heat-shrinkable film, and the heat-shrinkable film is reduced by heating, thus the door and window are packaged in the film by heat shrink machine.

1. Air Circulation Fans: Two imported high-speed, high-temperature-resistant fans from the “General” brand are installed above the heat exchanger. (Note: New model, superior to domestic YE3 series—ultra-efficient, high-quality, high-temperature resistant, high-speed stability, high-speed motor (rated: 220V-240V/50-60Hz/750W, 3450 RPM, no-load current approx. 0.5A, operating current 1.5A, temperature resistance 200°C).
2. Electric Heating Elements and Automatic Temperature Control: Features our factory-produced high-efficiency, long-life elliptical U-shaped side-insert metal far-infrared heating tubes. The automatic temperature control circuit incorporates AC contactors from Japanese brands like “Mitsubishi” or “Fuji” and KKK temperature controllers. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire supply, maximum temperature ≤200°C, power approximately 18KW.
3. Drive Motor and Variable Frequency Drive: Equipped with a premium brand motor ≥0.37kW, paired with a high-performance variable frequency drive for stepless speed regulation. Speed adjustable from 0-20m/min, with a conveying capacity ≤80kg.
4. Drive Conveyor Roller Shaft: Heavy-duty design using precision steel pipe (diameter 60mm, wall thickness 5mm) machined from hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder-grade material. Features high-temperature resistance, load-bearing capacity without deformation, and rust resistance. Roller center distance approximately 200mm. Conveying load capacity ≥100kg.
5. Conveying Direction Control: Equipped with a “Forward/Reverse” switch for flexible operation direction selection.
6. Quality and Performance: Superior machine performance delivers rapid packaging without film breakage. Capable of low-temperature, energy-efficient, and high-quality shrink wrapping.

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Machine external dimensions (mm): 2000 × 1500 × 1450 (L × W × H);
2. Heating chamber channel dimensions (mm): 1500 × 1200 × 300 (L × W × H);
3. Machine inlet/outlet ends extend 250mm each; conveyor surface height approx. 730mm above ground.
4. Diameter 60 rollers, spaced 200mm apart on each conveyor.
