Process：

The door and window are packaged by the heat-shrinkable film, and the heat-shrinkable film is reduced by heating, thus the door and window are packaged in the film by shrink packaging machine.

1. Air Circulation Fans: Two fans are installed above the heating chamber. These are 220V/650W imported brand high-quality, ultra-efficient, high-temperature resistant, high-speed, and high-stability fans. They can withstand harsh operating environments with furnace temperatures up to 200°C. Even after prolonged use, they maintain consistent rotational speed and airflow without degradation. This provides a reliable guarantee for perfect shrink packaging, low-temperature packaging, energy-saving packaging, and high-efficiency packaging.
2. Electric Heating Elements and Control Circuit: Utilizes high-efficiency elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared heating elements manufactured in-house using Swiss technology. These elements offer high efficiency, energy savings, durability, and easy maintenance. The circuit incorporates AC contactors from original Japanese manufacturers like Mitsubishi or Fuji, along with temperature controllers from renowned domestic brands, forming an automatic temperature control system. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire supply, it delivers approximately 22KW of power with a maximum temperature of 180°C.
3. Main Drive Conveyor System: Features a ≥0.55KW drive motor from a renowned manufacturer, paired with a premium brand variable frequency drive for speed regulation. Conveyor speed is adjustable from 0 to 20m/min, with a maximum conveying weight of ≤80Kg. The drive conveyor is equipped with “Forward, Pause, Reverse” switches for flexible direction selection.
4. Conveying Method: The conveyor belt incorporates approximately 6 precision steel tube rollers (φ60, wall thickness 5mm). One precision steel tube roller is installed at each inlet/outlet, totaling 8 rollers across the machine with spacing of approximately 200mm.
5. Machine Performance and Quality: Exceptional overall performance enables flawless, low-temperature, energy-efficient, high-efficiency, and highly stable packaging with minimal film breakage.

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND REQUIREMENTS

1. Main unit external dimensions (in mm): 2100 × 1900 × 1500 (L × W × H);
2. Heating chamber channel dimensions: 1500 × 1500 × 300 (L × W × H).
3. Inlet and outlet ends each extend 300 mm beyond the chamber.
4. Conveyor surface height above ground: approximately 720 mm.
