STRUCTURE AND WORKING PRINCIPLE

Core Structure:

Heating System: Built-in electric heating elements (e.g., stainless steel) convert electrical energy into thermal energy to heat water and generate steam.
Control System: Includes a pressure controller (monitors pressure, maintaining it at 0.4 MPa) and a water level controller (semi-automatic models require manual water addition via funnel to reach between normal and maximum water levels; fully automatic models replenish water automatically), ensuring operation according to preset parameters.
Safety System: Equipped with a safety valve (automatically releases pressure during overpressure), pressure switch (cuts off circuit during abnormalities), and leakage protection device (prevents electric leakage for safety).

Working Principle:

Electric heating elements heat water inside to generate steam; the control system continuously monitors pressure and water level to ensure stable operation; safety devices activate during abnormalities to safeguard equipment and personnel.

USAGE IINSTRUTIONS

Open the front door, attach the funnel to the valve and tighten it. Fill with water to a level between the normal and maximum water marks on the glass tube (if filling is difficult, open the lower valve to release air).
Plug in the power supply, close the exhaust valve (turn horizontally), push the circuit breaker up, and turn on the switch to heat.
After heating to 0.4 MPa pressure and maintaining it, slowly open the exhaust valve to use steam.
After approximately 1 hour of operation, turn off the switch, release the steam, then refill with water and reheat (wait about 20 minutes in between).
After daily operation, open the drain valve at 0.1–0.2 MPa pressure to discharge impurities from the inner tank (as the inner tank is made of carbon steel, regular drainage is required to extend its service life).

USE RANGE

The protective film is uniformly heated by high-temperature, high-pressure steam, causing it to shrink tightly around door and window profiles or finished doors and windows. This forms an integrated protective layer that is waterproof, scratch-resistant, and dustproof, combining protective integrity with operational convenience. It is widely used throughout the entire production, storage, and transportation chain for doors and windows.

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS AND REQUIREMENTS

Heating power: 3 KW, consuming 3 kWh per hour.
Power supply voltage: 220V, compatible with standard household voltage.
Rated pressure: 0.4MPa, internal steam pressure remains stable at this value during operation.
Saturated steam temperature: 145°C, temperature achieved by steam at rated pressure.
Rated steam output: 5kg/h, produces 5 kilograms of steam per hour.
