USE RANGE

The heat shrink tunnel is mainly used for constant temperature heating and drying of mica copper row, heat-shrinkable machine cable, electric steam copper wire, etc.

CORE FEATURES

1. Both the shrinking machine and drying oven utilize high-efficiency elliptical U-shaped metal far-infrared heating tubes manufactured by our factory using imported Swiss technology.
2. The heating elements feature a 6mm x 12mm cross-section housing a flat, spiral-shaped nickel-chromium heating wire with an outer diameter of approximately 2mm. The space between the wire and the tube wall is filled with high-quality magnesium oxide powder. This creates an ultra-thin 1mm powder layer that maximizes thermal conductivity, allowing the heating wire and metal tube wall to generate heat without significant reddening.
3. Electrical energy is efficiently converted into thermal energy, maximizing heat conduction, convection, and radiation. This design delivers significant energy savings, exceptional longevity, and rapid heating to meet the thermal demands of fast-paced packaging operations.

KEY COMPONENT CONFIGURATION

1. Air Circulation Fans: Two fans installed above the heating chamber, with one cooling fan at the outlet, each equipped with airflow adjustment. The fans are 220V/650W imported brand high-quality, ultra-efficient, high-temperature resistant, high-speed, and high-stability models. They withstand harsh operating environments up to 200°C furnace temperatures while maintaining consistent speed and airflow even after prolonged use. This ensures reliable performance for perfect shrink wrapping, low-temperature packaging, energy-efficient packaging, and high-efficiency packaging.
2. Utilizes elliptical U-shaped side-insertion metal far-infrared heating tubes manufactured with Swiss technology. Each tube has an extended length of approximately 1700mm, rated at 220V/1.4KW. Approximately 6 tubes are installed above the heating chamber, and 18 tubes below (including spare heating tubes).
3. Total power approximately 34KW (adjustable). Utilizes imported Japanese AC contactors from brands like “Mitsubishi” or ‘Fuji’ and Taiwanese “Yang Ming”
4. Intelligent digital temperature controllers form an automatic temperature control circuit. Powered by 380V three-phase four-wire supply, maximum temperature ≤250℃.
5. Equipped with a 380V/1.5KW drive motor paired with a premium 1.5KW inverter from a renowned manufacturer. Speed-adjustable conveying range: 0-15m/min. Conveying capacity: ≥150kg.
6. Conveyor belt utilizes GB standard 5-link chain (close-link type). Conveyor shaft branches feature Ф6 mounting holes, shaft branches are Ф12 round steel bars encased in stainless steel tubes, then covered with fiberglass tubes. Close-link installation maintains shaft branch center distance at approximately 34mm and spatial spacing at approximately 200mm. Japanese high-temperature-resistant rolling bearings are installed at intervals along the shaft branches to support the conveyor chain and shaft branches during rolling and sliding motion, enhancing overall transmission lifespan.
7. The machine body features an integrated, high-strength structure with a robust internal skeleton of channel steel, seamlessly welded. The outer casing is constructed from 1.5mm thick steel plate, coated with anti-rust paint followed by a high-temperature-resistant hammer-textured finish. The inner chamber (liner) utilizes 304 stainless steel plate with a wall thickness of 1.0 mm. High-quality aluminosilicate glass fiber insulation is employed in the seamless welded (non-screw-assembled) thermal insulation box, with an insulation layer thickness of approximately 100 mm.
8. The exterior color of the unit is dark blue (or as specified by the client's color swatch reference).
