The high-precision sawing machine features a precision CNC automatic saw, designed with a stable and efficient “back-to-front” cutting method.
It employs a motor-spindle separation design, ensuring high saw blade utilization and strong load capacity.
Suitable for cutting and blanking various curtain wall, door and window profiles, radiator profiles, industrial profiles, and aluminum formwork.
Hard alloy saw blades and precision linear guides minimize machine vibration during cutting, ensuring smooth profile surfaces.
Bus-based PLC control with touchscreen interface allows operators to input dimensions directly. CNC-automated feeding, servo-driven cutting feed, and high-precision machining deliver consistent results.
