Products are stored in a feeding trough, arranged in a specific order, and conveyed to the hot stamping or heat transfer station. For products that require directional adjustment, an automatic U-turn device can be installed to ensure correct orientation.
Hot stamping typically uses hot stamping foil and anodized aluminum, while heat transfer uses thermal transfer film. Once the stamping or printing is completed, products continue to the unloading position automatically.

Details-structure of fully automatic pen heat transfer machine:
1. 2. Heat transfer system
a. Heating device
The main body of the heat transfer system is driven by a motor to rotate the silicone rubber roller. Infrared heating tubes are distributed around the silicone rubber roller. After being heated, the heating tube radiates heat to the surface of the silicone rubber roller. The heating temperature is monitored in real time by a temperature sensor, and the temperature closed-loop control is achieved with a temperature control module (such as a PLC or PID controller). Stable temperature is an important indicator to ensure the stability of the transfer process.
b. Transfer film supply mechanism
The heat transfer film is printed with a gravure printer, and is cut into different widths and installed on the heat transfer machine when in use. The transportation of the heat transfer film ensures that the position of the pattern and product meets the needs of the user. Therefore, the conveying device of the thermal transfer film usually includes a photoelectric switch, tension control, and traction motor.
3. Pressure device
The silicone roller presses the thermal transfer film onto the product by pressure. In most cases, an electric device is used. In order to precisely adjust the pressure, some machines also use servo motor control.
4. Discharging system
The discharging system includes a feeding device and a small conveyor belt. The feeding device will remove the product and place it on the conveyor belt according to the external characteristics of the product.
5. Control system
The structure and technology of the thermal transfer machine are relatively mature, and its operation is generally controlled by a microcomputer operation panel.
