Designed for large plastic containers with diameters exceeding 200 mm, this fully automatic screen printing machine is specially developed for industrial packaging applications, including lubricants, paints, coatings, chemicals, and other large-volume containers. It is suitable for PP and PE barrels, providing excellent ink adhesion and outstanding print quality.
The production line consists of an automatic feeding conveyor system (robotic loading available as an option), a flame treatment unit for surface activation, a servo-driven high-precision rotary screen printing system, and a UV curing unit for rapid ink drying. After printing, the containers are automatically transferred to the unloading conveyor for inspection and collection.
Featuring a modular design, the machine can be configured for 2 to 6 colors, offering excellent flexibility to meet different production requirements. With high printing accuracy, stable operation, and long-term durability, it is an ideal solution for high-volume industrial container printing.
