MAIN FEATURE

It's a Protective Film Laminating Packing Machine for aluminum profile. The film is affixed to the surface of the profile to protect the finished aluminum from damage in the process of handling, inventory, transportation, processing, installation, etc. ,the installation team tears it off, leaving the surface as clean as new.

USE RANGE

Aluminum film laminating machine, suitable for large, small, thin, and extremely narrow materials; equipped with small rubber rollers and brushes for interchangeable use; The drive system incorporates forward/reverse selection, jog mode, foot pedal/manual control, touch-sensitive operation, and rapid start/stop functions. It is particularly well-suited for laminating and protecting door/window profiles, industrial extrusions, and materials of all sizes.

FILM LAMINATION PROCESS

The roll protective film is installed on the aluminum film sticking machine, the product is put on the attaching platform, and the laminating machine is started to stick the protective film on the surface of the product accurately and automatically.
