2.1 Basic Functions
The ST2921B type proton exchange membrane fuel cell bipolar plate resistance testing system is a professional integrated measuring instrument that uses the four-terminal method and four-probe method principles to test parameters such as resistivity, bulk resistance, and contact resistance of proton exchange membrane fuel cell bipolar plates, carbon paper, and components.
2.2 Adopt the main national standards
GB/T 20042.6-2011 "Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells - Part 6: Test methods for Bipolar plate Characteristics", GB/T 20042.7-2014 "Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cells - Part 7: Test Method for Characteristics of Carbon Paper, GB/T 1551-2021 "Determination of Resistivity of Silicon Single Crystal - Straight-line Four-Probe Method and DC Two-Probe Method".
2.2 System Complete Set Composition
The main units of the test system include: the measurement and control host and LCD screen, the automatic pressure control console, the thickness dial indicator, gold-plated electrodes, the four-probe test bench and the four-probe probe, as well as the corresponding PC measurement and control software, etc.
2.3 Advantages and Characteristics:
a. The measurement and control mode complies with national standards, is scientific, reasonable and highly accurate.
The minimum pressure step is 0.05Mpa and the maximum pressure upper limit is 4Mpa, fully meeting the national standard requirements and ensuring more reliable test results.
The height variation should not exceed 5μm from 0.05Mpa to the limited pressure to avoid test errors caused by height deviation during the vertical resistance test and contact resistance test of carbon paper.
b. Multi-functional in one machine, professional and efficient.
In the system, the four-probe method is used to test the horizontal resistivity, while the four-terminal method is used to test the vertical resistance, resistivity and contact resistance.
The important units of the system include: carbon paper thickness uniformity test, electrode comprehensive vertical plane resistivity test, carbon paper planar resistivity test, carbon paper vertical resistivity test, bipolar plate body resistivity test, bipolar plate carbon paper contact resistance test, etc.
c. Fully automatic continuous stepped multi-pressure point continuous testing mode. Intelligently fit the "resistivity - pressure" curve, "resistance - pressure" curve, and "contact resistance - pressure" curve.
It is more intuitive and comprehensive to replace single-point representations with complete curves and data lists.
Overcome the drawbacks of easy fatigue and poor consistency in the manual pressure application mode, and improve work efficiency and testing accuracy.
d. The color screen displays multiple parameters simultaneously: resistance, pressure, and height.
Overcome the limitation that digital LED displays cannot display multiple contents synchronously.
e. Human-machine dialogue measurement and control with multi-mode selection, simple and efficient.
The online mode comes with a matching PC software, providing complete and convenient functions such as parameter setting interface, measurement and control interface, and online help interface. It is used to realize the measurement and control functions of the instrument on the PC end, as well as functions such as data viewing, editing, saving, printing, and historical query.
f. The instrument is equipped with height and pressure correction functions to ensure that the client maintains high-precision measurement and control effects for a long time.
2.4 Applicable Scenarios
This instrument is suitable for testing parameters such as resistivity, bulk resistance and contact resistance of bipolar plate materials and components in proton exchange membrane fuel cells. 3.2 Test condition parameters can be provided

3.3 Data representation form and precision grade parameters of single-machine mode
a. Real-time synchronous display: Resistance R, accuracy ±0.3%, 5 significant figures + order of magnitude units.
b. Real-time synchronous display: pressure P, thickness W, accuracy ±0.2%, 4 significant figures.
c. Real-time synchronous display: Test current magnitude and direction.
3.4 Online mode data representation form and accuracy grade parameters
The software measurement and control interface and the instrument's color screen display relevant content in real time synchronously.
b. After the test is completed, the test report can be printed. The report includes the thickness uniformity test report, the bipolar plate volume resistivity test report, the "resistivity ρ- pressure Pa" form and curve, the "resistance Rp- pressure Pa" form and curve, and the "contact resistance Rj- pressure Pa" form and curve.
